The crew at HINGE has become my “fitness family”. We are all different people in many ways – shapes, sizes, skill levels and ages – yet we connect in a special way around group fitness. Sarah and her team have built a culture of support that helps us all to motivate and hold each other accountable while having fun – even at 5:30am! Hinge’s classes are diverse, interesting, never too complicated or competitive and always offer a great workout. From bootcamp, to strength & conditioning, to fun challenges and contests, HINGE offers functional training with tons of variety that never gets boring – but keeps you committed to the routine. Sarah and the HINGE team have helped me incorporate a fitness discipline into my life that has helped me be a stronger person in so many ways – personally and professionally – and I’m forever grateful for the community I’ve found at HINGE.
