Strength and conditioning
Group class that incorporates a strength component (barbells, dumbbells or kettlebells) that focuses on a highlighted functional movement (squat, deadlift, press, etc) with a conditioning piece to get your heart rate up. Intensity, load, and movements are encouraged to be scaled for your individual needs and goals.
A Strong Core
A full body circuit based class that uses that are safe and effective exercises for pregnant and postpartum moms. The focus is staying symptom free, intentional and functional throughout the pregnancy. Or if postpartum, the focus is healing, rebuilding and creating better habits for everyday movements. The class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels.
